  2. Only purchasers that pay full list price for their selected unit and pay a 10% deposit and exchange will be eligible for this promotion. Any other variation to the exchange of contract of sale (COS) will result in the purchaser being ineligible to qualify for this promotion. Departure from the list price of the unit and qualification is at the vendors disgression.
  3. This promotion cannot be novated or transferred to any other person other than the named person(s) on the qualified and exchanged contract of sale (COS)
  4. This promotion or the incentives within cannot be transferred for cash or onsold in any form.
